Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. He also serves as director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of many online articles and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
